Peanut Butter Jelly Bars are the place it’s at.  Your favourite childhood snack made into one tasty dessert bar.

This recipe happened as a result of I unintentionally contaminated a jar of jelly.  My youngest daughter is allergic to tree nuts and I used a spoon that had touched cashew butter within the jam. So I wanted to make use of it up in a recipe.

I made these bars for my husband to take to work for snacks.

These scrumptious bars are full of peanut butter taste.  In addition they occur to be vegan, gluten free and oil free!  I used raspberry jam, however you should use any jam taste you want.  It’s also possible to use sunflower butter should you want a nut free possibility.
