This fall season, The Listening Room in Nashville, is serving their tackle the timeless sizzling toddy cocktail.
Whereas the drink is historically a mix of whiskey, honey, lemon juice and sizzling water, the bartenders at The Listening Room are mixing up one thing completely different.
This boozy cocktail combines a mixture of spicy and wealthy flavors by swapping whiskey for bourbon and including Amaro, the Italian liqueur, vermouth, and apple cider. It’s completed with chilly foam and cinnamon for the right fall garnish.
- 1 half oz. Bourbon
- half oz. Cardamaro Amaro
- half oz. Cocchi Torino Vermouth
- three oz. sizzling Spiced Apple Cider
Preparation: Add bourbon, amaro, vermouth, spiced apple cider and stir collectively. High w/ chilly foam and cinnamon in a glass mug.
